Terms and Conditions

These Terms of Service govern your (“You”, “you”, “Your”, and “your”) rights and obligations as users of the portals managed by RecargasBL.com (“RecargasBL”). Unless otherwise provided by RecargasBL, all new portals introduced and managed by RecargasBL shall be governed by these Terms of Service.

By accessing any of the Portals and/or purchasing any Items, you acknowledge and accept that your usage of the Portals and purchase of Items shall be governed by these Terms of Service and any other specific rules, procedures, and terms of services as determined by RecargasBL at its absolute discretion.

Purchase Process

The process to buy BIGO Diamonds from RecargasBL is as follows:

  1. The buyer selects the desired Diamonds package. Prices are displayed in USD or BRL.
  2. The buyer provides a valid email address, billing details, and the Bigo ID where the Diamonds should be delivered.
  3. RecargasBL delivers the purchased Diamonds to the Bigo ID as provided in the order. Once delivered, Diamonds are non-refundable and non-recoverable.
  4. If an order cannot be fulfilled or is rejected, the funds will be refunded or the order will be canceled at RecargasBL’s sole discretion.
  5. Orders may take up to one (1) business day to process from the time full payment is received.

Definitions

  • Account: Your registered account with BIGO TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. (“BIGO”).
  • Buyer: A user who purchases Items from RecargasBL.
  • Items: Digital products listed for sale on RecargasBL, including but not limited to BIGO Diamonds.
  • Portals: The RecargasBL website available at recargasbl.com and any affiliated web platforms managed by RecargasBL.
  • Services: The sale and delivery of BIGO Diamonds through RecargasBL.
  • Purchased Items: Any Items bought from the RecargasBL portal.

License to Use

By agreeing to these Terms, RecargasBL grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access its Portals and use its Services in compliance with these Terms.

Representations and Warranties

By using our Portals, you represent and warrant that:

  1. You are at least 18 years old, or you have parental/guardian consent to use our Services.
  2. All information provided, including your email, billing details, and Bigo ID, is accurate and up to date.
  3. You will not use the Services for fraudulent or illegal activities.
  4. You will not resell the purchased Items without prior authorization from RecargasBL.
  5. You will not engage in disruptive, offensive, or harmful behavior towards RecargasBL staff or other users.
  6. Any additional Items sent in error must be returned to RecargasBL upon notification.

Use of Services

  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary equipment and internet connection to access RecargasBL.
  • You must secure your account and not share login details or transaction confirmations with third parties.
  • RecargasBL reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or modify service operations at any time.
  • You must not upload viruses, spam, or unauthorized content to RecargasBL.

Payment

  • Payments are accepted in USD or other currencies available on RecargasBL.
  • RecargasBL reserves the right to cancel any payment request at its discretion.
  • You are responsible for any fees, taxes, or charges related to your payment method or jurisdiction.

Availability of Services

  • RecargasBL aims to operate 24/7 but may experience downtime due to maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our Services.
  • RecargasBL may suspend, terminate, or restrict access to Services at any time without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

  • RecargasBL is not liable for changes in the value of BIGO Diamonds or if BIGO discontinues their use.
  • RecargasBL does not guarantee that the Items will meet your expectations or that the Services will be error-free.
  • In no event shall RecargasBL be responsible for incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our Services.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold RecargasBL harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Services or breach of these Terms.

Suspension and Termination

RecargasBL reserves the right to:

  • Immediately terminate or restrict access to Services for any reason.
  • Suspend or cancel an order if fraud or misuse is suspected.
  • Recover any outstanding amounts owed by you before allowing further use of the Services.

Applicable Laws and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where RecargasBL operates.
  • By using our Services, you waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits against RecargasBL.

Final Provisions

  • RecargasBL reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
  • Continued use of our Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
  • These Terms are binding on all users and their successors.
